                        BIO

Whether writing or speaking, Jennifer loves the challenge of taking difficult concepts and finding ways to make them easy to understand, practical, and transformational. When possible, she enjoys collaborating with other like-minded writers, artists, and professionals.

Jennifer is currently working with Mark Herringshaw and together they have authored two books about how we converse with God. Their first book, Six Prayers God Always Answers* (*results may vary) will be published by Tyndale in April of 2008. The second, Nine Ways God Always Speaks, will be released a year later.

Jennifer’s first book Your Unforgettable Life, co-authored with Craig Chapin, (Beacon Hill 2005) demonstrated how the little things have a big impact on our legacy. Her second book was ghostwritten for an international leadership consultant.

She has contributed to several books including Couples’ Devotional Bible (Zondervan, 2007), The Church Leader’s Answer Book (Tyndale 2006), and Wayne Holmes’ anthology Whispering in God’s Ear (WaterBrook 2005).

Her writing has appeared in: Today's Christian, Marriage Partnership, Christian Parenting, Your Church magazine, Atlanta Magazine, Advanced Christian Writer, Christian Communicator, Drama Ministry, Creator, and One in a Million, as well as local and Web-based publications.

Other writing projects include church curriculum, the books for four musicals, a one-act play, business workbooks used by missionaries to help entrepreneurs in third-world countries start their own businesses, and numerous for-hire projects, including fundraising letters, press releases, and ghosted magazine articles.

An accomplished writer, trainer, and speaker noted for creative and practical approaches to business and spiritual topics, Jennifer has an extensive public speaking background, including coaching executives on speaking and presentation skills. She holds an M.B.A. from Emory University with an emphasis in marketing and communications and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Memphis.

She is active in her church, Johnson Ferry Baptist, where she co-teaches a Sunday morning Bible study and occasionally performs with the drama group.
